Bob Collett has an extensive business background as a telecommunications entrepreneur. More than ten years ago he began buying rental properties on the west side of Cleveland. This led to buying and fixing distressed single family homes for sale. Along the way, Collett became a licensed real estate agent and with his experience started the property management division of Remax Trinity in Brecksville Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. We are not the largest in terms of doors, but we do strive to do a great job.

Along the way, most investors either want to acquire more properties, or sell some or all of the investment properties that they own. As a licensed real estate agent, I provide these services along with my team. I personally buy between one and three houses per year to fix and flip. Average return on investment exceeds 35%.

My goal as a property manager is to take the pain out of owning rental real estate, whether you own one single family home, or a number of multi-unit properties. I want to treat your property as if I owned it myself. This means low maintenance costs, quick turnaround on vacated units, and keeping paying with low drama.

Cleveland is a great place to live and raise a family. We boast great museums, theater, entertainment and the only national park within the boundaries of a metropolitan area. It is also a great place for investors to find rental property. Compared to most other locations around the country, Cleveland and its suburbs have some of the highest rent to purchase prices anywhere.

But it is very important to really understand the neighboods. Too many investors want to buy real estate here without ever even visiting. Thus it becomes even more important to find an experienced real estate agent that you like and trust. Bob Collett has lived in Cleveland proper on the west side.
